All purchases made with Lolliette will be shipped within 48 hours of the payment being received and cleared. Items are shipped via Australia post. We use 2 day express postal satchels which enables you to track your item. We can deliver to a home address, business address or post office box.

A note to international buyers- Lolliette is not responsible for any customs, duty fees or taxes on your purchase. This is not included in the delivery cost.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Shipping does not include insurance or tracking. If you would like something sent by registered post please let us know.
Lolliette will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items by the postal service, if insurance is not taken out.
All bags will be wrapped and packaged up safely for the trip to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Lolliette wants you to love your item as much as we do. If you have any issues with any products please contact us immediately.
Refunds will not be given if you simply change your mind or think you have made a wrong selection. Refunds will only be given if items arrive to you faulty or damaged.
Lolliette will not be responsible for shipping fees. We will not refund any item due to sizing issues however, we will gladly exchange. (Exclusive of shipping charges)
Lolliette will only exchange a pair once. Lolliette will only accept your return in its original, unused, undamaged condition with tags still on at our discretion. We are unable to accept returns without boxes or with scratched or marked soles. All items must be shipped back within 7 days after they are received to Lolliette’s Head Office. The shipping cost will be taken care of by the buyer. Unless goods are faulty, the customer is responsible for Refund and Exchange postage costs. Please allow 24 hours for Online Customer Service to respond with approval.
